Q: Are KitKats® gluten free?

A: Unfortunately, they aren't but we're always working on new breaks that everyone can enjoy! 

Q: Can I buy the Limited-Edition KitKat® and merchandise anywhere else? 

A: No, Limited Edition KitKat® and Merchandise can only be bought online. 

Q: What are KitKats® made of?

A: The perfect treat for your break, our KitKat® bars are made of a crispy wheat wafer covered in smooth milk chocolate.  

Q: How do you eat a KitKat®?

A: Take a moment to tear, break, snap and enjoy. 

Q: What allergens do KitKat® contains?

Q: I just got the wrong Order, what do I do?

A: Simple! Contact our Break Experts here and they will be happy to help resolve the issue.  

Q: I am having trouble placing the order, can you help me?

A: We're sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with our KitKat® website. Please try an alternative web browser or handheld device and if this doesn't work, clear your browsers cache. 

Q: Can shipping address and mailing address be different?

A: Yes. The 'Shipping Address' is where you would like your order of delicious Breaks to be sent via shipping.
The 'Billing Address' is connected to your payment method. 

Q: Do you have gift cards available?

A: No; we think it's much nicer to receive a special gift, so why not surprise that special person by sending them a gift!

Q: Can I send a gift to someone else?

A: Yes! Simply add the items to your shopping cart and ensure you enter the recipient’s Name & Address into Shipping Details.

Q: How will I know if my order has been placed successfully

A: Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If you don't receive this, click here to contact our customer service team. Remember to check your junk e-mail box first as it might be hiding in there.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A: Unfortunately, orders can only be placed online.

Q: What is the best before date on products I order? 

A: We guarantee that each KitKat® product placed in your order will have a best before date of no less than 45 days for you to enjoy your break. In most cases, this date will be much longer than that, but never less than this.

Q: Can I return or exchange my online purchase? 

A: No, we do not accept any product returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship to all provinces across Canada but unfortunately cannot ship to Territories (NT, YK & NU). Please note, our couriers do NOT deliver to PO Boxes, and we do NOT ship internationally.

Q: How much is the shipping and the delivery?

We deliver your delicious breaks Canada-wide for a flat shipping rate of $15 if the order is under $75. 

Shipping is free of charge for orders over $75 CAD.

(Why not place an order with family and friends, split the shipping cost, then meet up when it's delivered to Have a break together!)

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only ship Canada-wide. 

Q: My order arrived broken or damaged

A: Oh dear! It sounds like your order might have had a bumpy journey.
Please reach out to our Break Experts here and they will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Please include a photo of the damaged items, along with your full name, email address, order number, and as much info as possible so we can assist you further.

Q: I have just placed an order; can I cancel or change it? 

A: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once you have pressed the submit button. Orders are processed subsequently to meet the shipping agreement. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept PayPal Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Q: Is there a minimum amount I need to spend for delivery?
A: Yes, our minimum amount to ship an order for delivery is $30 before tax. 

Q: I want to send someone an online order as a gift. Is the pricing listed on the packaging slip that arrives to the recipient?

A: No, pricing is not listed on the packing slip when you send an online order.

Q: What happens if an incorrect shipping credential is provided?

A: We will do our best to correct incorrectly entered shipping information (i.e., addresses), at the best of our ability to ensure orders are delivered correctly. However, if our attempts to correct a credential is not successful, incorrectly delivered orders will not be reimbursed.

A: This site carries unique selection of KitKat® including Limited Time products. You can also buy KitKat® merch including apparel, accessories and more!
